During early phases of projects (and in general) cost estimating and other metric-based analyses are based on per-square-unit factors applied to area take-offs. Massformer already allows for a tight integration of geometry metrics based on simple drawing and scenario planning. By adding the ability to flexibly calculate various measures related to area, massformer will become a much more powerful tool while implementing a necessary data manipulation model for any other spatial modules as well.
